Can I get a refund?

If there are extraneous circumstances and you forget to cancel before your renewal on the 15th (12am UTC), you have a grace period of three (3) calendar days to request a refund. If you are within your grace period, please email us and we will issue a refund. Refunds are applicable for month-to-month plans that have renewed but not for any prepay plans. If you are past your 3 day grace period, we are unable to issue you a refund. 

First month orders and add-on items (past month boxes, mugs, totes) are ineligible for refunds.
