How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account at https://pupmomcrate.cratejoy.com/customer/account.

On the left side, there should be an area called "Your Subscriptions" in which you can modify your subscription. 

You are able to skip your next month's renewal or cancel your subscription altogether.

Please note:

If you cancelled your subscription on or after the 15th at 12:00AM UTC, you are scheduled to get a shipment on the 5th of next month. If you do not want to receive the next shipment, you have a grace period of three (3) calendar days to request a refund. If you are within your grace period, please contact us and we will issue a refund. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically give you a refund. You must email us.
