My crate says it was delivered but I didn't get it

If your tracking information states that the crate was delivered but you did not get it please allow 36 hours for the box to be delivered. This is a known issue with USPS with postal workers confirming delivery without actually delivering the shipment. If you still did not receive your crate after 36 hours, please contact us so we can investigate further.
